Can coaching focus on what I need most?

Yes. We’ll agree on your goals and focus before starting. You can choose a single session or a package, and additional sessions are $135 each.

How do I get started?

Request a free 30-minute call and share a little about your situation. It’s a chance to discuss your needs and the coaching options before choosing a plan.

Do I have to complete all 13 modules?

What can I bring into coaching?

Bring a life plan, a question, or an area where you want to become more intentional. We’ll choose practical actions and review what happens between conversations.

Can my wife join the marriage intensive?

Yes, selected sessions can include your wife when we’re working on shared goals. We’ll agree the format together. Her participation has no additional session charge.

Is this counseling?

No. This is coaching for goals, habits, responsibility, and growth. It does not provide mental health treatment or marriage counseling.
