EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE FEEDBACK

A pastor alongside
your preparation.

I’ve spent over two decades in ministry and have delivered more than 600 hours of preaching and training. As the founding and lead pastor of True Life Church, I know the weekly work of bringing Scripture to a congregation.

Coaching gives you thoughtful feedback and practical ways to grow in your own voice, for the people you serve.

More about my experience

FOUR WEEKS · FOCUSED MODULES

Work on the sermon
in front of you.

These modules give us a path. Your sermons and goals shape where we spend the most time.

01

Text & message

Study the passage faithfully and clarify the message you want your people to understand.

02

Structure & clarity

Build a connected argument with a useful opening, clear transitions, and illustrations that serve the text.

03

Gospel & application

Preach Christ and make the response concrete for the people in your congregation.

04

Delivery & ongoing growth

Practise your delivery, learn from feedback, and establish a preparation rhythm you can sustain.

Who is this for?

Pastors and developing preachers who want specific feedback and are willing to practise. We’ll discuss your experience, preaching schedule, and goals in the introductory call.

What if I don’t preach every week?

Bring an existing recording, a rehearsal, or a draft. We’ll agree how to use the four weeks around your preaching opportunities.

What should I send?

A video recording is best for feedback on delivery; audio is useful for content and pacing. Include the passage and your notes if available. We’ll agree submission dates before coaching begins.

Which tools are included?

Weekly preparation and outline worksheets, sermon feedback prompts, and a next-step practice plan. We’ll use the tools in the sessions so you can keep using them afterward.

Will we follow the same modules for everyone?

The four modules give us a useful structure. We can adjust the emphasis to address the preparation, application, or delivery questions you most need to work on.

Is this an official Acts 29 program?

No. My assessment experience informs the coaching, but this is independent coaching from Caleb Davis.
